I acknowledge that any information shared by my colleagues, including their identity, will be treated respectfully and confidentially. I give permission for the information gathered during this course to be used for research purposes to enhance training and provision of services in the area of Auditory Processing Assessment, Therapy and Management in South Africa. I consent to the sharing of my personal information with those completing this course in order to establish a support and learning platform. I acknowledge that as part of the completion of this course, I am required to complete and submit tasks. I commit to sharing my experiences, findings, ideas and suggestions with my colleagues. I commit to having a great deal of fun and develop a passion for this amazing field of communication, working with my colleagues in creating an appropriate service for the South African community.
